For over two decades, Saptaswara has been nurtured and guided by Sangeeta Prachara Sevaka Ratna Sri K S R Balakrishna Sastry garu, whose tireless efforts and selfless service laid the foundation of this cultural institution. With a vision to provide a platform for eminent Vidwans and artists to showcase their artistic brilliance, he established this sabha as a beacon of classical performing arts.

Under his stewardship, Saptaswara not only brought stalwarts of the art to the stage but also served as a launch pad for promising young talent, many of whom have blossomed into holistic and accomplished artists today.

Carrying forward this rich legacy, the mantle now rests upon Sriman Purihella Bharadwaj, who has taken up the responsibility to continue this journey with the same devotion and commitment.
